Good afternoon-

Hope this message finds you chillin by the pool... or at work if you must. Just pretend you have an umbrella drink beside you!

This week- it's a busy one and I LIKE it.

Thurs- WRIGLEY FIELD The fun starts at Wrigley Field Thursday evening- where we're singing the National Anthem- again. Paul Bolger singer for legendary Chicago band Mr. Blotto will join us on the Field. It's a 7:05 game- and tickets are pretty easy to get these days (due to some unforeseen losing by our beloved Cubs).

Thurs- GOOSE ISLAND- Wrigley Immediately after the game we're going to Goose Island- a great eatery/drinkery just down the street from Wrigley where we'll Twang the night away! The new bass player- Matt Longbons will be making his DEBUT that night!!! Yee haw. Michelle Hallman is also coming out... all three gigs this weekend to play some percussion and sing sweetly!!!!

Fri- PRIVATE Next- Magoo and I hop a jet to Northern Wisconsin for a private party with our pal Jimmy John on Friday night.

Sat- CHUCK'S Lake Geneva Saturday- ah Saturday... Chuck's on the Lakeshore shall ROCK for just one night. HD takes the 'stage' at 10pm. The shores of Lake Geneva will surely vibrate with the Twang! And Longbons needs to understand what a night at Chuck's is really like... to prepare him for the TWO NIGHT stand that we always do on Labor Day weekend.

Sun- SHEFFIELD GARDEN WALK Finally, Sunday culminates the weekend perfectly- The Sheffield Garden Walk is one of Chicago's oldest and most respected Street Festivals- and we're playing at 3:30 before Ivan Neville's Dumpstafunk and Rusted Root. I love the festivals!!!!!!
