Summerfest, Rockit, and Charleston, IL - June 30, 2009

Hi Folks

Holy flying by summer- it's already 4th of July!!!  Wow.  We've been driving around... staying busy... and having a lot of fun.  The festivals are a blast- we love playing outside...and so far- the weather has been co-operating for the most part. 
Over the past few months we've been doing Kenny Chesney's Sun City Carnival Tour Pre Party at Hard Rock Cafe's - so far we've done Louisville, Pittsburgh and Chicago- coming up we'll do Detroit, Indianapolis and Boston (I hope)!  It's a ton of fun- at the Pittsburgh show I met Ben Rothlisberger and a few huge linemen,  hung out with a couple of Montgomery Gentry boys and ...basically partied.
The new cd is still in the cooker... like a crock pot- soon it will be tender and delicious for all of us!!!!  I can't wait for Chicago Twang to hit the streets!!!

Okay- on to the important stuff-

This week- Summerfest, Rockit in Chicago,  w/ Heidi Newfield in Charleston, IL!!

First-
Wednesday,  July 1: 
Summerfest, Milwaukee, WI
We're on the Rock Stage at 3pm sharp!  Summerfest is the biggest music fest in the world- EVERYBODY plays there.

Thursday July 2nd-
Rockit Bar and Grill-  22 W. Hubbard St. Chicago, IL
Independence Weekend Kick Off at Rockit!  The place is swank!  We go on at 10pm sharp!

Friday July 3rd
Red White and Blue Days- Charleston, IL in Morton Park 6pm
It'll be Himebaugh and Marty opening for Heidi Newfield
The park is located at the corner of Division and Lincoln
